FAQ often arise…and I hope this page will help answer any questions you may have.  If your question is not answered, please email me and I will be happy to assist you.
  • Return Policy:  I will gladly accept returns on items within seven days after they have arrived at their destination.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs and item(s) must be in unused condition.  Please ensure you include a tracking number for the return and that you provide me with the number so I can ensure of your delivery and refund.
  • Shipping Methods:  I do use the USPS for my shipping needs and packages typically arrive between 3-7 business days after you have placed your order.  Please remember that most of my items are made at time of order, so you must allow a 1-3 business day turn around. I try very hard to get your order out in a timely matter.  There are times when the post office does get a little behind.  Please be patient and if you need an order rushed, please pay for expedited shipping and I will move your item(s) up on the list. If you prefer shipping via UPS, FedEx, or DHL (international only) please let me know and I will get a price for you.  I do not overcharge on my shipping, what I pay for shipping is what you pay.
  • Refund Policy: I will only refund payment if items are defective or if you have returned your item within seven days of delivery.  Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
