All items ship with the USPS unless you opt for local pickup. I am based in a suburb of Cleveland, Oh. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your piece, you can return the item at your own cost. Once item is received and damage free, I will issue you a refund minus shipping charges. I stand behind each piece I create and I am happy to replace or refund if for some reason the item breaks or is damaged.

In order to ensure your pieces last you for many years, please follow the care instructions below:
~ Bracelets: all of my bracelets are pre stretched to ensure it does not grow over time. When putting on or taking off your bracelet, please roll onto wrist to keep the fibers in tact and prevent snapping.
~ Necklaces: all chain necklaces will receive a complimentary lint free cloth for you to use after use. Simply wipe away any oils that accrue during normal wear
~ Store all your jewelry in a cool dry place
~ Please avoid wearing all pieces into water or getting wet
